High Performance Portable Projector with 1080p resolution
The ProjectionDesign F12 1080 projector is a 1080p lamp-based conference room projector capable of displaying 3,500 lumens at its brightest setting, with a native resolution of 1920x1080. The internal DLP technology touts higher contrast, less visible pixels and more portability, with a compact magnesium chassis that weighs less than 8 lb.
This professional grade DLP® projector offers a unique blend of features and benefits in reliability, image quality, and unbelievably small size for demanding applications. Features include a RealColor color management suite, and a range of lenses.
The F12 1080 is especially suitable for inclusion in motion simulators, scientific visualization applications, and applications that require an ultra reliable projector that can handle rough handling and at the same time provide the ultimate in image quality.
Features
- DLP technology for reliability: Geared with single-chip DLP technology, the F12 offers reliable images with high brightness and contrast for applications that need to run continuously. What's more, DLP technology will not degrade when subjected to UV light.
- RealColor for multi-channel systems: Thanks to the unique color matching and calibration tools provided in the RealColor management suite, the F12 allows you to easily calibrate and set up images for edge blending and multi-channel installations. Deep black levels and a high level of black and white uniformity all add to the projector's impressive performance. As a custom option, manual optical color matching is also offered.
- VIDI™ technology improves grey scale: Philips' VIDI™ technology enables dynamic lamp driving over time, and enhances image quality through reducing grey scale artifacts, adding to color saturation, enhancing contrast, and improving lamp stability. Unlike no-VIDI based projectors, the lamp power is digitally controlled, as is its performance over time.
- Low Total Cost of Ownership: Thanks to its robust build and construction, the F12 requires close to no maintenance and servicing. Typical lamp replacement cost is low, and typical lamp life is long. As there are no user-serviceable parts included in the projector, servicing and maintenance is limited to a bare minimum, for a low total cost of ownership.
- Designed for full 24/7 operation: All ProjectionDesign professional projectors feature full 24/7 operation warranties, meaning that they are designed to operate continuously.
- Low Frequency Maintenance programme: The Low Frequency Maintenance programme can be set to automatically notify you of the required service and maintenance. When run continuously, moving parts such as fans and color wheels require periodic replacement in order to secure and enable heavy duty continuous operation. The lifetime of any component is 8,000 hours, or a year of non-stop operation.
